Importance Notice Before Purchase – Second-hand Items

We are delighted to offer you a selection of rejuvenated Oshima Tsumugi garments, each exuding timeless elegance, cultural heritage, unique charm, and history. While all items may be second-hand pieces, not all have been previously worn. Unworn kimono can be identified by the presence of a basting stitch (shitsuke ito). All handkerchiefs, scarfs and pocket squares have been custom made from unused Oshima Tsumugi bolts (rolls of textile).   

In our commitment to transparency, we want to emphasize that these garments may exhibit imperfections inherent to pre-loved items, including stains, fading, or pilling. However, rest assured that each piece has undergone professional cleaning to rejuvenate its beauty to ensure the best quality possible. 

With this in mind, we kindly ask that only those who appreciate the nature of second-hand items make a purchase, as all sales are final and no refunds will be available. Your understanding and discernment in choosing these exceptional pieces are deeply appreciated.
